The Refugee and Immigrant Family Center’s immediate objectives include the following:
• Improve existing and/or acquire new facilities
• Diversify financial support
• Strengthen RIFC leadership and staff capacity

Our Five-year Goals
Within five years, the RIFC plans to serve a larger number of clients, offer stable and sustainable programs, have a greater profile in the community, and obtain a new facility for program and administrative needs. Additionally, the RIFC envisions an expansion of the current services provided while maintaining flexibility to adapt to community needs.

Our Goals in Detail
• Maintain our model ECEAP program
• Explore low-cost opportunities for housing ECEAP in White Center and other communities.
• Complete a proposal for capital matching funds.
• Diversify funding sources and increase private support of the RIFC’s programs.
• Increase the number of staff and its operational capacity
• Recruit additional staff from the immigrant communities we serve
• Acquire new facilities to accommodate existing and new programming.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and desired outcomes.
